The thoughts in Nina's head were taking over when she looked at a little girl playing with mud almost eating it when her father stopped her.
"No sweety u don't eat that", kail's father holds her hand saying.
"Let her play on her own Leo", Nina commented.
"You never pay attention to me Leo when she's near", Nina complained.
"Why don't u try to get along with her Nina, I know how u feel, I know you're not her real mother but u promised to take care of her, didn't you?".
"I did but....."
"No buts she's just a child it's not her fault", Leo said furiously.

The conversation caught the attention of the little girl, she looked at both the grownups with big innocent eyes.
As the argument was about to get heated up the girl started crying catching her father's attention.
"Yes my love what happened?, are u hungry ?, what do u wanna eat, nina can u get her something to eat, I guess she's hungry".
"Well! She's your daughter give her something yourself", Nina replied.
"I'm out most of the time, and you're the one taking care of her as of now, how am I supposed to know what to give a 5-year-old child and what Kail likes?".
"Oh yeah! I thought the father-daughter bond must tell you something".
"Don't be absurd Nina! You're getting jealous of a five-year-old child! Could u get any more stupid?".
Nina replied with tears in her eyes, "Yeah who am I talking to like you'll ever understand, i don't know how big sister was dealing with you. You're such a jerk"...
"Why are you bringing her up in this matter, you always do that".
Kail started crying suddenly and the screen went black...
We can see a reflection of a beautiful girl, suddenly waking up from her slumber.
Agghhhh! That dream again I'm sick of that dream.
Kail woke up from her comfortable and cozy bed, stretching her body. She stood by the window watching the sunrise with curiosity in her eyes.
Beep! Beep!, her phone rang indicating it was almost time to wake up.....
"Ughhhh let's get ready for my classes, I don't know if I have any talent or not, I don't know why Dad insisted on taking Occult as a major, I'm sick of that class".
"Oh my princesses you're looking lovely!, So ready for your classes?".
"Yes Dad, can I take your car today ?".
"Sure my love u can take any car you want".
"Ezra aren't you spoiling her a lot lately?", Mia said while setting up the table for breakfast.
"No way she's our only daughter, I'll buy the whole world for her if she asks me to!".

"Mom let's go to the library today".
"Yes darling why not anywhere u wanna go, Kail did u have that dream again today?".

"Idk Dad maybe a couple fighting, or so I never remember full details, my memory becomes blurry every time I think of the dream, and every time I feel like it's not my own dream".
"Don't worry much about it honey!", Mia said.

After reaching university kail parked the car and started walking towards her class.
"I hate this shit, People staring at me like I'm an alien".
In class...
Kail sat next to her best friend Gigi
"Yo girl, how was your weekend?"
"Agh! Don't ask! it was boring".
"Thought so".
"Miss Pearson said something about Master Merlin the other day. U remember something?", Kail asked.
"Say what now?, I'm sick of these magic thingies, I can't with this class".
"Cmon Gigi we still have to go through this shit for 3 years"
"Like magic? for real!"
Both the girls started giggling at the comment.....
Somewhere deep in the forest...
Someone was standing next to a gigantic window looking at the forest in front of him. Admiring the deep green color of the forest, his eyes looked rather empty showing no emotion.
He was looking like a king looking at his people.
Anger was fuming inside of him. He gripped his hair in frustration and left from there. Moving towards a large mirror
He looked at his hunter eyes and well-built physique. His plump but thin lips, his straight nose slightly upturned, and his luscious hair falling on his eyebrows
All his features made him look like a dream
A dream one can only dream of looking at. A person with such an intense gaze that he can make u go crazy with just a glimpse. His aura was dark, like the depths of the ocean, scary and alluring.
"I still can't get that incident out of my freakin head, The man said in a sadistic tone, His voice was deep but could hypnotize anyone who hear it".
"The regret is taking over me again, I don't know what should I do, Was she even speaking the truth?".
"There is only one way to find out".
"What are u even thinking Acel, How is that even possible, Just live with that guilt for eternity, Cursed you are there is no way out of it!!".
"I rather just pull myself together and get it over with".
"I'm hopeless" " he spoke to himself looking straight at the mirror.
"Should I go out hunting?".
"Or should I just pass my time as always", he asked himself.
All of a sudden.....
The sound of thunder caught his attention, he wasn't startled as if it was a normal daily life activity.
"I don't like that noise at all", he scrunched his nose at the thought of rain.
"But the darkness seems comforting", a sense of relief running down his face.
Suddenly he took a vase from a table and smashed it on the wall near the window.
"There that was fun"
Then he took skin care products from a drawer...
"What's better than skincare to pass the time".
After saying that he started walking towards a huge room that seemed like a bedroom.
"Ohhh my my, I'm so handsome, I can't let this beauty fade because of some guilt".
"Acel u gotta stay handsome and healthy, how are u gonna catch your prey if u get wrinkles on your skin".
He blabbered to himself.
After what felt like an eternity...
"Finally, now I look fresher, time for me to sleep though I don't need any but what else am I supposed to do, talk to the ghost in the corner of my room?".
"Hahahahahha nice joke Acel, just sleep already otherwise you'll get dark circles around your eyes..."
The sun was rising slowly, making the raindrops on the trees shine like gems. Revealing the wet grass and damp soil. There were footsteps of animals imprinted on the damp soil, making the ground look like a masterpiece as if nature is any less of a miracle itself.
Sunlight reaching our beautiful Acel's face, waking up he groaned and blabbered..
"How bad the rain stopped, at least it could've left the clouds behind, this sun again! it has always been my enemy".
He left the bed and proceeded to close the curtains. Again darkening the dark-themed room.
"Now that's a lot better".
Then again our Acel drifted off to his dreamland.
In Kail's world...
"Mom let's go!"
"I've picked the books I need!"
"Just a minute love! I'm here talking to my old friend", Mia replied

"Mom always does that!".
After saying that to herself kail started walking around the gigantic library big enough to fit two huge mansions.
"Let's see what I can find here, I've never been to this section before".
"What nonsense crap is that. At this point I'm convinced they are collecting crap".
Kail moved further to another section.
"This is crap as well".
"How about I just sit here peacefully and read the books I picked?, I've never done that before so why now?".

"I'll keep moving further".
Suddenly a book caught her eye.
"What is that book about", she whispered.
"It seems old and familiar, have I read it before?".
"I guess no".
"Let's see..."

"I like Biology but I don't like reading it, I'll pick this one up on some other day".
"Oh crap! I'm away from Mom!, She must be waiting for me".

At dinner...
"Dad, can u tell me about mutation?"
"U told me ur major was Biology", kail asked Ezra
"Sure princess, I'll tell u about it after dinner, is that fine with you?"
"Yes, dad.."
After what seemed like an eternity.....
"Here u can read from this book, what mutation is", Ezra said.
"Seriously Dad a book?", kail complained.
"Hehe, I'm too lazy to explain it to you".
"But I'm too lazy to read it from the book". Kail said with hope in her eyes.
"No love not this time, that expression isn't gonna work on me this time. I'm going to sleep, keep the book or return it it's up to you". Ezra said walking out of the mini library at their home.
"Yeah fine whatever!, I'll just read from the book", kail mumbled to herself.
