Estrella's words carried a sound logic, and maybe she was right. Rather, Lucas was almost certain that the soul, which used to be illusory and only prevalent in religion, philosophy and mysticism, might become something tangible and mean more for evolvers than even energy itself.
His thoughts went back to the blue eyes of the exiled Garsan he met after his life changed. But all of that was something they could not unravel while sitting down, so he smiled, and cut through the almost academic atmosphere:
"Maybe you are right, but any deeper conversation about the subject would be baseless speculation."
Estrella blinked, and shifted her thoughts away from the trinity of body, mind and soul. Thinking about Lucas' words, he was right. Moreover, she had only been sharing an explanation about her recent changes, most of all about her eyes, but it seemed that the subject had made her more talkative.
