Calm, like before a storm, but also calm, like the one to know oneself with, to dig and bring out one's true self, or maybe one's soul. That was what Lucas observed in Estrella in the past period.
There were still some days before their departure for Earth. They were only on the Path as stabilizing elements, to ensure that things would go in the right direction. They had to calm down the different forces on the Path, wait for the different plans to be steadily advancing, and also for the possible threats that would be too much for the evolvers on the Path.
But none of that could be said to be the main reason. It was the two people's world they had built in the simple villa on the mountain peak that was the true reason.
It was their time together after two decades, with just the two of them, just like before Lucas left the Earth thirty years ago, so the both of them just failed to see any reason to be in a hurry.
