Hannah's voice was the only one ringing in the large room that had finished serving its purpose, at least until it was attributed a new one.
"The vessel that the bomb didn't destroy managed to survive by fleeing into the Path. They got destroyed by the troops deployed inside and led by big sis, but–"
"The other side."
Lucas' interruption was quiet, but Hannah nodded, her expression composed but more serious.
"That, and a few survivors from Gars big sis considers important."
Lucas frowned:
"Why?"
"She said that the one who helped the surviving vessel survive the explosion of 'Project Terminus' must be among those few who fled further inside the Path. According to the clues, he is incapacitated for now, but Estrella isn't certain she can win against that alien if he recovers."
Lucas' frown deepened, but he understood. He signaled Hannah to go on, though he could already see it was going.
