The city was bustling, with high-rises and many modern buildings. Though, the definition of modern for the city might be the same as futuristic for other places on the planet.
People were coming and going on the streets, the wide roads never becoming congested despite the amount of vehicles passing. The blue color of energy was prominent in the city, as it was the primary resource that had served to push for its advancement. It was coming from the vehicles, the buildings, and even the road itself, in different intensity.
The usage of energy could have been made inconspicuous, but why hide what made the city unique?
Still, other than that, other signs of progress were visible. Holographic projections were rising from buildings' rooftops, though not many people were craning their neck to look at them.
They were too busy pursuing their objectives, as this city was not offering better lives, but a chance at the extraordinary.
