And the peak is like Lord Ezof, the alien whose third eye is not red anymore and is giving the most trouble to our doctor. The Garsans don't have a systematic way of going about the Spirit Realm, so they let their body do the job instinctively while feeding it. For them, the peak is five body parts, and I don't know if that is the true peak or if it depends on the species, among other criteria. So after the five body parts are reintegrated, they reach the peak of the fourth level.
But if the endeavor was not dangerous, its realm would not deserve to be called Life and Death. With a stronger body, two things can happen. Either the lifespan gets shorter, and evolving will be like burning our life that had been protected by the natural shackles. Or the lifespan gets longer, and maybe immortality will wait for us at the end of the road.
