There's no need to have him kill or see death if he doesn't want to. Although it will be great if he joins my guild, I won't force him.
What's more important than getting a powerful member is to not let that powerful member away. There's a chance that someone that strong will join the opposing party. That's why I don't mind if he's just be my little brother and won't fight even if he's stronger than me.
