Iris was shocked, seeing Theo so weak in front of her, her heart filled with a mix of emotions. "Theo, what's happened to you? What's going on?" she asked, her voice trembling with worry.
Theo managed a weak smile, reaching out to gently caress Iris's cheek. "My love, I'm okay, I just got a little injured during training."
"Just a little? Your leg is wrapped in bandages!" Tears welled up in Iris' eyes as she held Theo's hand. "What really happened? You must be hiding something from me!"
"During training today, a teammate tackled me while going for the ball, it's not a big deal," Theo reassured her, wiping away her tears, as if she was the one who was hurt.
Antony wheeled Theo into the room, leaving them alone.
