Iris freaked out when she saw her face pop up on the big screen at the stadium. Theo, already on the field, looked up to the screen and caught sight of Iris, his face turning pale with shock.
He stared hard at the screen, trying to figure out the emotions behind her flustered look as she quickly looked away.
The whole place was buzzing with confusion. "Who's that?" a guy with a big beard shouted, looking puzzled.
Megan, who had been flashing what she thought was her sweetest smile and waving at the camera, was caught off guard when the camera skipped her and focused on Iris instead.
Her smile froze awkwardly on her face.
"Oops," the host, a big shot in the media world who knew about the gossip linking Iris and Theo, quickly tried to smooth things over.
"The camera has caught a beautiful lady, maybe your name is Megan too, but we're looking for a different Ms. Megan."
