Upon hearing Theo's words, everyone was taken aback. Before turning to leave, Theo said to Megan, "I'll come to see you another day."
"Sure, do come and keep your words~" Megan replied, but her heart was filled with confusion about what had just happened.
"Of course," Theo smiled as he turned around, then he quickly walked away, with Antony following closely behind.
As Theo reached the stairwell corner, out of Megan's line of sight, he stopped, turned his head, and silently gazed at Iris' room, but what he could see was a closed door in from of him.
Suddenly, the door opened, and Daniel walked into Iris' room. The door quickly shut, isolating the inside from the outside, creating two separate worlds.
Theo lowered his head, deliberately suppressing the sadness in his eyes.
Antony noticed that, he then placed a hand on Theo's shoulder, "Maybe, things aren't as what you think."
