When Feng Zhi came to, he found himself back in that cave as though he had dreamed of everything. But the floating game screen before his eyes told him otherwise.
And it seems like the event had froze time. As he's looking at the scene before him, he noticed the frozen figures. Even that silver haired guy...no...wait...he's not there anymore! Feng Zhi panicked. Does that mean the man was more powerful than a Primordial God?
Sure the God was in a weakened state, but either way it was still a God! Feng Zhi rushed out the cave the way he came. It's best to find himself a place to rest for a while. He didn't know much about that man so he will leave behind the scene before whoever he was came back.
He traveled back to the starting point from which he had awakened. Feng Zhi can finally take a look at his newly acquired game screen. There was the profile with his picture and stats to show his level.
So far his stats looked a little something along these lines.

It was a basic profile. There was no system to help him get stronger like the kind of cultivation manga he read. Everything he had to do manually without explanations. There were five buttons lined at the bottom of the screen. Each with pictures without any names to say what they were for.
Three of the buttons were greyed out. Feng Zhi assumes it meant he could not access them at this moment. So, he began by pressing the first button with the picture of a small pouch. The moment he did this, there was a light coming from his game screen and something like a shed appeared before him.
He saw the wooden sign with the Chinese characters for storage written on it. Feng Zhi approached it curiously wondering if there was anything inside. The door swung open without him having to do so and inside there was nothing but what looked to be a never ending darkness.
It's clear that it was a storage space without any capacity limit for things he collected. In order to make a test. He gathered plants, rocks, and so on. After a few times, he got how it worked. First, he can't see the items once he put them in. But when he put them in, a new button was added to show the list of items inside the storage.
If he want to get it out, he just think of the item he wants to extract after pressing the storage button. The storage will appear and the item he thought of will be the one he pulls out of the storage.
It was a nice thing to have for things he collect in the future. The next button had the picture of a building. Since it wasn't greyed out he pressed it to reveal the contents. Feng Zhi was deeply grateful for what appeared. It was a store with many buttons lined at the top. Each button represented a type of store column
The first button represented alchemy. Things that could be concocted or things already concocted. Even the items needed to concoct these items. The button next to it represented things needed to learn martial arts. Looks like it gives the basics first and there doesn't seem to be a restriction to a Heavenly Gentleman.
The third button is a basic tool store. It's things needed to create buildings or the like. As for the fourth button, it was for making tools and weapons for a cultivator.
It's simple to say that none of the buttons make it easy. There weren't ready-made buildings or the like. Feng Zhi would have to do everything the hard way, through sheer hard work. Even the shop wanted him to make his own money in order to buy from it.
So, what can he do to get started with the sect he wanted to create? Well, it's to go to the Khan Empire. A place that help individuals become a Sect Leader. The entire process is free, Before the process, he had to find five people who will help lead the sect. They call them the Guardian Masters under the Sect Leader. After the process, he had to find a place with dense spiritual energy.
There was actually a great place for this that he knew about. It belongs to the female lead who has yet to start her journey as the First Heavenly Maiden but it won't be of use to him. Actually, he knows a place that even the First Heavenly Maiden won't be able to find. A place with not only dense Spiritual Energy, but it even has a mine filled with undiscovered ore and gems.
The only problem is that its guarded by a Great Godly Beast from Ancient China and is hidden in a vast valley left unfounded. If not for him beating the game several times as the Female Lead he may not have discovered it. Also, he knew how to tame the beast. It's a good thing the Khan Empire offers their ships free of charge. Too bad it's only to drop off Sect leaders who have yet to learn how to fly on their own.
That's where he should be heading. Everything else, he'll have to think of along the way.
1 month Later...
Khan Empire. A place where all kinds of martial artists and cultivators could enter. It's a place where the Heavenly Maiden is considered a Goddess of Divinity. They're quite religious to the Heavenly Maiden. It's also a place where he could get an identification card as someone part of the population.
The guards standing at the gate made it clear that he should go to the Division Population first. This was where he'll get his identification. Afterward, he would need to go to the Great Khan Temple where people wanting to be Sect Leaders attended. Just about anyone with a Cultivation Base can be a Sect Leader.
Feng Zhi entered the temple and made his way to the first area where he met a team of temple servants. There were odd stares and even hints of disdain from others. He completely ignored them. "I come to apply as a Sect Leader." He told them.
"A Basic Level dare come here?" Someone whispered.
The whispers were non-stop.
"We checked your identification and level. You are qualified to become a Sect Leader. Is there a place you wish for us to drop you off at?" One of the temple servants asked.
Feng Zhi nodded and told them his drop off area. None of them understood why he would want to go to such a deserted area but they thankfully did not question it. With that his life as a Sect Leader has began but now he needed to worry about the essentials. His first step is finding someone capable of refining ores and gems to the most purified state.
Luckily, he knew just the person. Since he had enough time to look around, he'll visit a certain craftsmen before leaving. Someone who has yet to be evaluated due to his commoner state. And someone hard to win over even when he played the game several times. It wasn't until his fifth attempt that he found a way to win him over and it's going to be useful with this last attempt.
To the back city where commoners and low ranked martial arts gather. That's where he'll find that person.
