Chapter 154 - Void

The wind blew Kayla's hair and that of the mysterious girl who was wearing a golden dress that looked like a saint.

Kayla looked at the girl and wondered who she was, although she already knew why she had been taken to a secluded place.

"You... Do you have a message from the Goddess for me?"

Kayla was the first to open her mouth. The gray-haired girl didn't seem to have any intention of starting a conversation.

The woman with lazy eyes looked at her for a second, causing Kayla to shiver momentarily. The sensation was so fleeting that Kayla thought for a second that she had imagined it.

"... I have a name, which is Cina." Cina had a slight frown on her brow. "And yes, the Goddess has wanted to tell you several things for a while now, you just haven't deigned to show up at Her house…"

Kayla smiled bitterly when she heard that. She certainly hadn't had time to visit any churches in these months.
