Bamm!!
With a loud bang, the metal door of the laboratory flew away, heading straight for Kayla!
Kayla's eyes widened in surprise and concern. Behind her were the shelves and stacks of sheets that could contain vital information about this dungeon!
Without much choice, Kayla pulled out a shield from her space ring as quickly as she could. But unfortunately for her, quickly removing an object from a space ring required some skill and she wasn't that good at it yet.
So she could only raise her shield that covered the entire upper part of her body moments before the door hit her.
Bamm!
"Argh!" Kayla screamed as she took several steps back, slightly bumping into one of the shelves. Fortunately, the door fell to the ground without damaging anything after colliding with Kayla's shield.
