Lokus went to close the Mandates and Edicts menu for the second time, but just like before, he paused, his gaze lingering on the newly dubbed Reaper's Talons.
'Frost Talons… didn't I make that? Maybe the day Freezing Aura is useful isn't as far off as I thought.'
If he could manage to make an Edict close to Freezing Aura, and then fuse it with this new technique, wouldn't that solve his problem?
When there was a lull in the conversation between Sakari and the librarian, he interjected politely. "I'd like to see your Prince-ranked Edicts, please."
Sakari raised a brow, and the librarian's next words caught in her throat at the unexpected request. "I, uh… As I said, the only ones we have for Frost are made for Emperors and above. We don't have any for Prince."
"You misunderstand me," Lokus replied with a light shake of his head. "I wish to see the ones you have for Fire and Shadow. As a source of inspiration."
"Inspiration? Whatever for?"
