Alex quickly open his eyes and sends his energy around his entire body to check for any injuries and to see where he has been stabbed, but the feedback from the energy he sent around within him is that his is completely fine except a few fractures in the Ulna bones on both of his arms, where William's punch landed and few bruises on the skin on his shoulder where he use to crash land.
{If am fine than where is this liquid substance coming from?} Alex asked himself as he decided to sit up and take a look around him, the scenery that met his eyes left him in disgust.

What he saw was the dead bodies and heads of the previously killed awakens, he immediately recognizes his own guards and the guards of the other cities lords. The blood smell and liquid substance Alex fell in is the pool of blood of both his and the other city lords guards.
Alex quickly look around searching for William, and to know where is his to defend William's attack from but he saw William stand, his arm folded on his chest and is back to the wall of the tunnel they just walk out from, well more like William walk out of, since Alex himself was sent flying out of it.
This action and nonchalant behavior of William make Alex's rage and blood boil, who does this brat even think he is?
{And where the fuck is father, why is he not here yet} Alex thought, but if Alex is to be brutally honest with himself, he knows why his own father is not here yet, who could have thought Alex won't have been able to handle William.

William just took his first shot of Magani-0, who will believe that William will be this strong, or even strong enough to kill a city lord, absolutely no one, let only killing two city lords at the same time, yes those two city lord are arguably known as the weakest of the four city lords because they shy away from training themselves and just enjoying life but even with that weakest, they are both still genuine high third stage body cultivators and William killed them without even giving them a fighting chance.
And now William just beat the most powerful of them without breaking much sweat, although the public believe William's father is the strongest among the city lord but it seems Alex has been hiding his own power, well not like that did him any good now when faced with William prowess.

Alex realize he has bitten more than he can chew and now he will have to see if he can spit out little from the big bite he previously took, he believe he will have to talk his way out of this one or to at least stalk William still his father gets here and they can deal with William at that point.

"And why will l want to torture you?" William answered with his own question with an amusement smile on his face.
"Huh..." Alex became surprise, {does this fool not need the leader identity anymore} Alex thought as he wonder if William do not need the information anymore.
"It really quite an irony you see, l may not know what you have pass through in your life but l won't choose your choice of ways even if am the weakest of all man, but am no saint and l have my own flaw, and l will gladly accept the consequence of my action" William said as he look Alex dead in the eyes.
William is over eight feet away from Alex but still yet Alex feels like William is right in front of him as he look into those golden eyes.
"You know nothing about my life nor about what l have seen and pass through, you know absolutely nothing, you are nothing but a tiny brat throwing a tantrum in the grand scale of thing" Alex said lividly.
"Well you are right also, l don't know anything about you but am sure again l won't still walk in your shoe even if they are the last fitting shoes for me, and as the information you think l need I will just wait for whoever it is that is coming to your rescue and ask them that question" William said.
"You, how..." Alex eyes widen in shock.
