The royals city is divided in five parts, which are called the royal northern city, royal southern city, royal western city, royal eastern city and the central royal city, and each part has the same equal land mass to themselves, each city is as big as three America state combined and while governors and ministers rule state, the military are the one who rule over this cities.
Each city is rule by a major general, with two brigadier generals, and five colonels, and except for the central royal city, which serve as the capital city of the people republic, where all the major decision are been made is ruled by the only the most powerful man, if the rank of the military was to be applied to this man than he will have hold the rank of the Lieutenant General or the Army Chief of Staff, but he have chosen not to be giving any title or any name what so ever, he just called as "the king".
In the royal western city, one of the families is this city, which has the largest land area of over fifty kilometer square acres of land all to them self with a massive mansion that can be seen from anywhere in the city area.
This particular family is only made up of the husband and wife with over a hundred maids to tend to their every need, this family is called Leoda.
Currently the wife is been rush to the west side of this mansion on a floating like stretcher been pull by two maid in it front, while over six maids follow it to a big room that look like an hospital room and also has almost all the equipment a hospital will need to care for a patient.
And no this wife is not sick nor did she faint or injured, her water just broke, which indicate that she is about to go into labor, the wife was helped by her two maid lay on the hospital like bed in the middle of this big room, before she goes in labor, three hours later, the cry of baby boy came from the room.
"Eloise, my love how are you and the baby" The door to the room burst open, as a man of 6'1 in height with a very thick mustache that covers half of his upper lip, with hazel eye that can piece into anyone soul, short pointed nose with hair that is cut short, in a military buzz cut and from the color of his skin on his hand and face, he sure is very tanned, he must have love the sun quite so.
He will have been an African American in the old earth were it to still exist, but now a lot of mixing has been done between a lot of nationality, and everyone is of one nationality now, he seem to be in his early thirties, which is hard to tell giving how much his eye seem to contain some past knowledge that are beyond thirty or even fifty years old.
he has the air of a man who have spend his life in no other occupation than the military, which happen to be the truth, he currently has the rank of a major General of the army of the people republic, which will make him the lord or governor of this western royal city, he is a man of power.
The man rush to the bed side that the woman lay on, which happen to be his wife and named Eloise, she also look to be in her middle thirties and quite a beauty too, she look like the native of North America of the old world, with short red hair that barely reach her shoulder when drop down, she has a very profound blue eye, that speak of intelligence and courage, she is a woman of action.
"he is here Allen, and he seem to already love his father more the me, seeing how he already has your face already, it seems we will have another wise and capable major general in the not so far future" Eloise the wife jest, as she point to the cradle beside her bed that has a sleeping baby in it, as she try to sit up and move the cradle closer to her.
The man whose name is Allen, helps his wife to sit up as he laugh out loud when heard his wife comment on the baby look, he look over to the baby and truly he saw the resemblance between him and the child, he was sure the more the baby grow the more he will look more like him, in that moment he knew he will do any to protect him and make sure he is safe, and have everything he want.
The man picks the baby up from the cradle and cuddles him protectively to his chest.
"William" Allen said softly to the baby ear.
"William Tosin Leoda" Eloise said as she stare loving at her husband and son.
If a god was to be present in this room or in this world at this moment, they will have seen the amount of soul energy that watch over the husband and wife the moment they name their son.

'{did a god descend upon this world, have l been found out already?, l did make sure to sent my body to the farthest corner of the middle world, and my body haven't been found yet so how?, who has this soul presence am feeling, no god can be born into a mortal world even if they choose to reincarnate into one and they certainly can be born with this level of soul energy, it impossible or it is another dessert like me but then again l should have felt his soul presence the moment he enter this solar system but am feeling this one right here in this planet, l really need to recover my strength fast so l can move from here but the come for me}' the thought of a panicking man echo within his mind as he quickly rush out of the room he was in and jump onto the tallest building in this city.
The people, both young and old, woman and man, soldiers and civilians, rich man and woman, poor man and woman on the street immediately go on their knees when they saw who it was that jump on the royal mansion of the central royal city.
