With a determined look on his face, a black haired Libero stood ready in the back line waiting for the serve. He might've missed the first one, he won't miss the second.. Sho prepared to leap into the air.. throwing the ball up slamming down on it with all his might towards Sho..
An aggravated expression consumed Sho's face as the ball seemed to fall towards the other team's libero..
"It looks quick… no.. I'm quicker.."
The Libero jumped up quickly, positioning himself under the ball and receiving it well.. he used him body to completely kill the momentum of the ball, like a Necromancer
"Good Shogo.. now let's see if this works"
The team Gonzalez setter positioned himself well under the ball as 2 players began running up, his cold blue eyes flashed towards the both of them.. before he'd place his tall fingers under the ball and quickly push out with great speed over towards a blonde haired player..
"Let's see what you got Richard.."
Said Shogo repositioning himself getting ready to receive if needed
Richard a blonde haired spiker would pull back his arm with all his might.. his toned muscles flexing in the air, the ball flew towards him at great speed.. it was a perfect set, the ball seemed to position itself exactly where he wanted to hit it, now it was just up to his raw anticipation
"5..4.Now!"
With a rushed spike he would swing his arm down towards the opposing teams court, in front of him were two blockers.. A tall stocky player with black hair and Aaron the opposing teams setter.
The ball would fly through the both of them with great force almost directly down towards the close left side of the court…
But suddenly leaping forward.. a short gray haired middle blocker with a devious look on his face went diving for the ball sticking out one arm successfully receiving it. The ball made contact with his hand and began flying over the net over to the other side. Urameshi yelled out in excitement, from being on the opposite side of the floor.
"Good save, Chisai!"
"Chance Ball"
Mumbled the tall giant middle blocker. Shoto would run down the floor as he tried getting in an area to receive the ball.. but jumping up sideways, off the chance ball the setter was there placing himself in the air diagonal facing his body towards the outside hitter.
"It's far.. I can reach it.. up to you Takeshi"
He thought as he quickly pushed everything he had into the ball as it glided through the air.. its momentum stopped right in front of Takeshi.
"Ehh.. if it's this pretty of set I got no choice but to score"
and with absolute brute force he would swing his arm down like a hammer. The ball flew down scoring a point for team Gonzalez
"YEAHH.. DAVID, WHAT A SET"
Celebrated Richard as he ran over to David to jump on his back in celebration..
".. I was right, there are some relatively interesting setters this year"
Cutting off the celebration, Kazu to himself.. though still annoying Ayato, so much so he spoke
