Lu Yao frowned, seizing Yao Meishu's hand, and began to stride over to Lu Qingyi.
"What for? If she wants to take the test or not, it's up to her."
Yao Meishu slightly resisted him, the irritation evident in her tone.
Thinking of the slap she had received from Lu Qingyi, and how contemptuously the girl had treated her in the supermarket, anger welled up inside her.
"Meishu, our child has grown up."
Lu Yao patted Yao Meishu's shoulder, his tone a mix of sentimentality and solemnity.
Their daughter was born and immediately given to his mother-in-law. Now, Lu Qingyi was grown up and had returned home to the Lu Family, so they needed to fulfill their parental duties.
