Li Susu sat quietly for a while, her mind numbed by the excessive alcohol.
She had drank herself into oblivion, momentarily forgetting why she came to the bar. It wasn't until Huo Sichen suddenly leaned over to take her breath away that she reacted.
Li Susu kept pushing him away, whimpering and struggling, and as she bent her knees, she heard a low grunt.
She: "?"
"Li Susu, you're something!"
His clenched teeth made him look a bit terrifying. She flushed, lowering her uplifted clothes, not knowing where to look.
"Are you okay? I didn't mean to, I'm a bit...disoriented..."
Had it been another man, that knee might have hit even harder, but Li Susu didn't dare to say so.
She was drunk, but not blacked out; her instinct to protect herself was still very strong.
Perhaps because of this, even with his icy expression, Huo Sichen didn't blow up at her.
"You know that guy?"
Continuing to be dazed, she asked: "Who?"
He: "The one you were drinking with!"
