"Huh?!" gasped Nick after hearing Austen's explanation.
The two were talking in Nick's study in the building, away from the crowds. The obvious reason was to prevent people from knowing what they were discussing.
"Oh gosh. That's why I hate politics," Nick complained while massaging his temples.
"So, Lord Eros will ascend to the Heimrich throne?" Nick asked, Austen clearing his throat in agreement.
"Yeah. He will take David's place," Austen replied.
Nick sighed. During David's reign, he made many profits. However, Nick realized Eros' attitude differed significantly from David's. He could be sure Eros would make detrimental decisions to his business.
The man before Austen opened a drawer, took out a cigar and lit it. Austen reached out, surprising Nick.
"I thought you'd stopped," Nick joked.
"I need peace," Austen said.
