Arabelle was shocked, with both hands covering her gaping mouth. She did not expect the message delivered by the Archmage in Castlebourne to relate to King Otto Reingard's death.
"I understand. It must have been hard for him to hear this news," added Arabelle.
"It seems so. King Otto was his father. Surely Lord Quentin has some sort of bond with him," Dorren explained.
"Then what do we do?" asked Leonil, asking for Dorren and Arabelle's wisdom in dealing with this information.
Dorren rolled up the message again and put it in his pocket. He turned to look at Leonil carefully.
"Inform everyone in Lanercoast about the death of King Otto Reingard. However, do not ring the bells or raise the black banner," Dorren explained.
"Yes, Sir Dorren," Leonil explained.
The man nodded as he bid farewell to the two of them. Now, only Dorren and Arabelle were left in the sword training field.
