Euphorial walked towards the kitchen after she left his study.She couldn't shake off the feeling she has about Ephraim,she is sure that he is avoiding her and she prayed he would not cancel the wedding because that is the only hope she has.
'Lady Euphorial it is a surprise to see you here' A middle aged man called her out of her thoughts
'You are--?' She asked confused because it was the first time she was seeing him.
'Pardon my insolence.I am Kream,the butler of this mansion.I should have introduced myself earlier in the morning but i was busy with breakfast.Do you want anything to eat?' He introduced himself while he asked for her purpose in the kitchen.
'Thanks so much Mr.Cream.I came here to look for my maid and at the same time confirm if you had sent someone to share the wedding invites'.
'I have asked the messenger to distribute the invites.I think by this time he should be almost done with the distribution for the vampires.In the evening he should be on his way to the human kingdom to invite the royals and your father.He will be here by tomorrow evening'.Kream reassured.
'My maid Mr.Cream' Euphorial reminded.
'It is Kream my lady,K-k-ream not C-cream.kayla is in the garden my lady' he corrected her with respect.
'I'm sorry for the mispronounciation Mr.Kream.I will be going now' Euphorial informed as she walked towards the garden.
In the garden she could see a lot of maids working because it is a big garden.She walked into the garden to enjoy the flavored air and she smiled in satisfaction and relief.When she opened her eyes,she saw a wooden chair under a big tree near the garden and she decided to sit there.
Kayla who had been trimming a flower saw Euphorial sitting down and she left the thing she was doing for another maid and she walked towards her.
'Have you missed me? I guess you are used to me seeing how you came to find me' Kayla said before sitting beside her.
"Ephraim has been avoiding me.What if he canceled the marriage?" Euphorial broke the shell to her.
'Don't say that,it may be because he is busy now that he is back at home.The man i know in the human kingdom will definitely not cancel the marriage.I have told you,he likes you but haven't known it yet.Right now in his mind he will be thinking you are the one that liked him which is not so,his pride won't let him think straight'.
"What if i tell you that i like him?' Kayla face immediately widen in surprise when she heard her friend.
She had thought that it is only the prince feeling something but it seems things have changed.Her friend will be hurt if she fall in love first with the prince because the prince will definitely not be realizing his feelings now,it will take some time for him.Maybe a month,two months,tomorrow,3 days,a year? Who knows,love is very complicated.She looked at her friend in pity and she hugged her.
'It's okay to like him.It is not a crime,i just pray he realize his feelings quickly' Kayla said to her.
"Thanks for the word of encouragement Kay,i appreciate it.I had thought he is avoiding me because he could you know.... seeing that I'm not as beautiful as the vampires.Even you a turned vampire looked prettier more than before".
'I have always told you to not downgrade yourself.Right now you are not Euphorial Cross the pathetic human again,you are now Euphorial Cross the bride of the first vampire prince,the most dangerous royal ever.You must be confident in yourself Euphorial'.Kayla chastised her.
"I am Euphorial Cross a soon to be Lived.I must not show weakness before anyone,especially before my fiance subordinates" Ephorial said in determination.
'Yes! That is the spirit.That is who i want to see,the determined girl who didn't break down even when she was almost beaten to death!' Kayla agreed.
"We will be going to the market tomorrow with the twins and two of Ephraim's soldiers" she informed her maid so as to change the discussion.

"I want to buy a ring for him tomorrow in the market,you will help me right? I don't know what he will like to wear".
'Don't worry i will help you out since I'm your only friend,you can always count on me'(⌒_⌒;)♡´･ᴗ･`♡.
Euphorial immediately burst into laughter at her friend's funny arrogant words.
