"Who are you?! The werewolves I know from the textbooks aren't supposed to have the ability to conjure fire!" the murloc stated suspiciously.
"That just shows you're reading the wrong book, frog," Austin retorted before lunging at the murloc once more.
"I'm not a frog!" the murloc snapped angrily, preparing to cast another spell.
"Dark Pact: Waveform!"
Another surge of black water erupted from the murloc, but instead of forming a barrier, the water clung to its body, transforming its very body into a liquid form.
The murloc, now transformed into black water itself, attempted to escape by imitating a waveform towards the opposite side.
Brrrr!
"Trying to run away?" Austin promptly shot several fireballs into the wave. However, most of the fireballs missed their mark or were extinguished as they attempted to break through the black water.
