A thunderous voice erupted from Austin's phone, causing him to quickly hold it at arm's length to protect his ears from potential damage.
With a dry laugh, he replied, "Just like I said, I'm heading to a place called the Malam Realm with Alysia, Eris, and Sonia."
"You alone?" Satella asked.
"What do you mean? I'm traveling with all three of them," Austin replied.
"Hmph! I was referring to the male companion. Are you the only man in the group?" Satella harrumped.
"Well, if there are no changes to the plans, then it's likely I'll be the only one," Austin replied with a shrug.

"Satella, are you okay?" Austin asked concernedly upon hearing her strange laugh.
"What do you think?" Satella's chilly reply came from the other end.
"I don't think you are," Austin responded after a moment's thought.
