"Who are you?! The werewolves I know from the textbooks aren't supposed to have the ability to conjure fire!" the murloc stated suspiciously.
"That just shows you're reading the wrong book, frog," Austin retorted before lunging at the murloc once more.
"T-this is my territory! I should be asking you that question! Just because you're a demon, you think you can roam wherever you want? I'm still a member of the sea monsters, and you've trespassed into the territory I oversee!" The murloc, though clearly frightened, still tried to put on a brave front.
"It's pointless to threaten me," Eris said coldly. "If you claim this island as your own, then surely you're aware of the teleportation gate in the center, correct?" Eris inquired.
"W-what?" the murloc stuttered in its speech almost immediately.
"Hehe, do you think I don't know what you have done?" Eris chuckled.
The murloc's eyes immediately widened, its face paling.
