"Check out that murloc over there, it looks kinda different," Irina pointed out, her sharp vampire eyesight catching the detail.
Being a vampire, she had the best eyesight among them. Demons had good vision too, especially in the dark, but they couldn't quite match up.
Everyone turned to see the murloc with dark skin that Irina had noticed.
"That one's skin is like the one Eris just took out," Austin recalled.
"The darker the murloc's skin, the stronger they tend to be. Judging by his complexion, he's probably the leader of this batch of murlocs that entered the island," Alysia explained.
"It's burnt! You've been roasting it for far too long!" Alysia complained as soon as she tasted the meat.
"How is that my fault? I'm not a chef, how would I know when to take the meat off the fire?" Austin retorted.
"You don't have to be a chef to know when your meat is cooked. It's basic common sense!" Alysia rebuked him, rolling her eyes.
