"How can you be so certain that I'm one of the Outsiders you believe in?" Austin was confused. He didn't believe his saying the word 'continent' was the sole reason that led to Lothar's accusation. There must be something he missed!
"Well, I have several reasons," Lothar explained. "Firstly, your physique is uncommon to see in the Barbarian Land. It resembles that of werewolves or vampires, but from our encounter, I believe you belong to neither of those races."
"Oh?" Austin let out a surprised 'Oh'."
"Werewolves, for example, have this innate sense of pride ingrained in them. They strut around with this air of superiority, looking down on everyone else as if the world revolves around them. But with you, it's different. Despite your aloof demeanor, I haven't detected even a hint of that arrogance."
"As for vampires, it's even simpler. How could you be oblivious to your own race capital city?"
