"Hmm,' She hummed and then, saying her bye, he hung up on the call. I want to ask him, being a doctor, why she doesn't have any money with her but opted for later and stayed silent. He dropped me at my place and then we both got out of the car.
"Ok, I will meet you in the evening," he said, giving the car keys back to me. I threw it back at him, saying,
"Your vehicle is at company, right? How would you go now? So take it along with you," I said.
"No way, if I take your car, people will be behind me, thinking you are the one who is there. I don't want any attention when I am going shopping with my girlfriend; she would get tensed seeing all the people around her," he rejected my car.
"Hmm, then take some cash, which you took fancy from the garage and oh, yeah, wait a second," I said, pulling out my wallet. I took one of my credit cards and drove it to him. He didn't take it from my hand and looked at me with his questioning eyes.
