Ace spends hours designing and making a new piece of equipment out of these resources. using the wyvern hide as the main section, layered with the mystic dark fabric underneath the feathers embedded into the hide and fabric to create ruffles along the collar, Finally crafting metal plating to sit along his back and shoulders out of the heated-metal wolf ingot.
seeing his creation as he put on a scaley robe, as Ace looks inside the robe the dark fabric makes it look like an endless void, the metal accents glimmer in the light revealing the robes true power.

Walking up to a weapons merchant Ace asks "Would you be willing to by some gear off me?"
The weapons merchant looks at Ace and Nods "I sure can, what you got?" He asks.
Ace pulls out the two weapons and the robe and shows them to the weapons merchant.
The merchant looks at the equipment and notices these are element specific weapons which make them rare but they are also of decent ranks.
"Ill give you $50.00 for each of them." The weapons merchant says to Ace.
Ace replies "Sorry, minimum $75.00 each."
The merchant thinks for a bit and replies with "Fine! $75.00 each it is." Quickly he hands over $225.00 to Ace and takes the equipment in the back.
Ace heads back to the village after being away for 2 days, Ace gives the blacksmith the money they received for the equipment.

The village that Ace is building finally has the perimeter wall built, now everyone is working building Workshops and Houses and a market Area. Ace helps organise the guards, Two will be stationed at the entrance. Entrance criteria is payment of $3.00 and getting a entrance card which requires your Adventurers Rank, Power level and Name. Once done people only have to pay the entrance fee as long as they have the entrance card.
Ace then stations one more guard at the dungeon entrance, not letting anyone enter without a combat rating of 150 minimum.
Ace then stations the two strongest guards that finally hit power level 150 recently into the dungeons Warp Alter and to not anyone go to floor two.
Ace rests up to be able to go on another long journey to the scorching desert dungeon to try and beat that ant nest.
