Ace returns home from beating the giant toad monster he immediately goes straight to sleep.
In the morning Ace gets up and packs his bag ready to explore the Ancent Forest hoping he will find some remarkable treasure to bring back to the village.
He heads off towards the valley. After entering the valley Ace probably traveled nearly 4 hours to find the entrance. Using his full speed Ace raced to the end it still taking him about 5 hours from entrance to skinny narrow path to exit. As he exits he is immediately it with the smell of death that is over bearing to his sence of smell.
The extreme exhaustion and toxin he felt before though was non existent and felt like he was standing in a feild of flowers. Well… smelly flowers.
He vigilantly explores the surrounding area when some of the smaller trees start to move nearly stepping on him, suddenly a crushing aura envelopes Ace instantly breaking his arm and causing a wave of pain.
Ace bears the pain and looks up using his aura discovers the moving trees to be an Ancent Spirit Ent

Ace stands there absolutely shocked as suddenly the ent steps infront of him and speaks
"Puny human, I'm supprised you made it this far. In my time I have only met one other human in this zone. Do not fret while in this fog no monsters will bother you except for us Ents but we are more diplomatic and like conversations more than killing"
"Oh umm sorry I didn't…" Ace studders
"Human no need to be sorry, what I am supprised by is that this fog of death isn't effecting you at all. The last human here nearly died because of this fog if it wasn't for his Blessings he would of. Ah… if only I had that kind of blessing I'd be able to transcend even this dungeon but oh well."
"Wait… the only other person to come this far into the dungeon was our cheif. What is his blessing? His aura is so destructive"
"I think his blessing is one of the rarest I've ever seen, able to bend earth and metal at will is quite effective in this dungeon especially with all the poison around."
"So he has the ability to control two elements at will?"
"I think so human. even when he got here his aura was much more formidable than yours. To tell you the truth your aura is not a true reflection of how strong you are, your current self doesn't know how to use it properly. You friend that died from that toad (always hated that toad tbh) she understood the use of the Soul stat but you see it as useless"
"Mr Ent would you like to join me and I can make you stronger than ever thought and you can train me?"
"I would but I can't leave this place and no human has tried using a contract ritual with me before"
"Let's try one now then mr Ent"
"Call me Winfred"
Ace and Winfred form the contract ritual and begin imbuing it with their soul. As the contract forms Ace feels a warm sensation over him.
"Ding… you made a contract with Winfred the Ancent Spirit Ent. You can summon and store your tamed monsters in a monster storage gem"
"Ding… received a monster storage gem.
"Ding… permanent telepathic link formed between the contracted monster and human"
"Winfred we did it, mind staying in the stone for a bit till we get to the village?"
"All good in the hood master"
Ace returns home after spending nearly 2 days out he calls the cheif over to see something. The cheif comes walking over to a clearing in the woods.
"What did you want to show me boy" the cheif booms out while scratching his beard
Ace brings out a monster storage gem
"Ahh a tamed monster, I used to have one but it was pretty weak."
"I think you'll like this one cheif" ace grins
Ace releases Winfred.
Suddenly a towering Ent appeared before them reaching its hand down to shake hands with the cheif "good day young boy well man now. Been a few hasn't it?" Winfred billows out.
The cheif laughs "my old friend, I do like this one Ace!!!! The cheif sits down and has a conversation with the Ent
"Cheif I'm going on patrol see you soon"Ace says as he walks away to patrol the village and active heal pulse now to fix his broken arm.
Later that afternoon Winfred walks into the village and greets all the people. People start fleeing and screaming till they find out it's a contracted monster of Ace's.
Ace walks up to Winfred"I'm going to chill here for a few days before we head off to a new dungeon so rest up get used to our home base"
Ace says to Winfred as he walks into his house and gets ready to head to the Dungeon of The Scorching Desert. Where the earth clan is located and he wants to show of his new found strength and potentially get a new blessing.
