"It was the angel who made a deal with me." Roy abruptly turned to stare at Little Bruce.
In an instant, Little Bruce saw a pair of azure eyes in Roy's ordinarily dull gaze, bluer than the sky.
As though hit by a sledgehammer to the head, Little Bruce staggered back a few steps and shook his head vigorously. Roy continued to advance, locking eyes with Little Bruce, "I should have let him control you and bring you here. Only you can find the hidden vessel, you are just as clever as your father."
"Bang!"
Harley fired her shotgun, but a divine barrier of light appeared next to Roy, completely blocking the bullets. Barry was startled.
"Roy, have you lost your mind!" Harley's voice was tinged with urgency. The current situation was beyond her expectations; she was unsure whether this was a part of the trial anymore.
"Give me the Magic Stone!"
Little Bruce took a few deep breaths, then looked up at Roy, saying, "I don't know where the vessel is!"
"But you can decipher the Array!"
"I need time!"
Roy finally stopped, tilting his head slightly and gave Little Bruce a cold hard look, "…You'd better be quick."
Little Bruce quickly signaled the other two and told Roy, "I need their help."
"You don't…"
"If you want to know where the vessel is, you'll do as I say." As Little Bruce headed for the center of the Array, he continued, "Or you might as well search until you drop like your foolish angel upstairs!"
Roy stood silently, watching. After a moment, he said, "You'd better give me a satisfying result."
"We will."
The three gathered in the center of the Array. Barry looked at Bruce and asked, "You're not really going to... "
"I can find it," Little Bruce said, giving them a knowing look that clearly meant, "I can find a way out of here."
Then, they began to focus on modifying the Array. Little Bruce directed the other two's movements, with occasional suggestions from Harley. Despite his nervousness, Barry didn't slow down.
Within less than ten minutes, many runes in the middle of the Array were altered. Roy asked with a somber tone, "How much longer?"
"Stand back a bit. We're about to activate the Array."
"Don't play tricks on me…"
"Now that you have an angel to help you, are you still worried that we'll escape?"
Roy retreated two steps without a word. Little Bruce marked the final rune, and a golden light instantly emanated from the center of the Array.
But the vessel did not appear. Little Bruce turned to Roy with a wicked grin, saying, "We're off to find the vessel. Goodbye!"
The next second, they vanished into the golden light.
"He can read the divine runes, so he knew the vessel was not hidden, but teleported. Naturally, he thought that if the Array could teleport the vessel, it could also teleport them. This was the best escape method."
Bruce's voice echoed around the room. Constantine asked with some confusion, "Then where were they teleported to?"
The image on the screen began to fluctuate wildly, the magical power wavered. As Constantine and Zatanna stood up, the image abruptly reappeared.
The three children dropped from mid-air and landed heavily on a crimson carpet. Behind them was an exquisitely furnished meditation room. Shiller widened his eyes.
When Constantine and Zatanna were both puzzled, Strange stood up and turned to Bruce. He then revealed a smile, stood in front of the screen with arms wide and announced,
"Welcome to the Kamar-Taj Magic Academy!"
