Chapter 2435 - Chapter 1687: Bruce Wayne and the Magic Stone (Part 2)_2

These students are children from various families who possess magical talent. Most of them are not the family heirs, but rather younger sons of the main family or children from branches of the family.

Such children will mostly be arranged to study arts or philosophy. They naturally have more inspiration and patience than ordinary people. Coupled with their excellent family background with plentiful financial support, there is no need for them to compromise for practicality, and they can study whatever they like.

What do the children of Gotham like? Of course, unusual and novel knowledge about black magic! So, where can they learn such black magic knowledge? Of course, it's the School of Magic Theory, or now it should be called Rodriguez College.

After experiencing the initial few months of courses, the majority of the students have understood the styles of various academies. They have abandoned the original, officially designated tongue-twisting names like Magic Theory, Magic Arts, and started to refer to these institutions directly by the last name of the dean.

The dean of the School of Magic Theory is Schiller Rodriguez, so it naturally was referred to as Rodriguez College. Similarly, the School of Magic Arts was called Zatara College, and the School of Magical Power was known as Strange College.

After personally experiencing the different teaching styles of the various deans, most students have formed strangely stereotyped impressions of the different colleges.

Rodriguez College doesn't need much explanation. In Gotham University, Schiller's reputation is enough to silence a crying child at night. Even if the students have not personally met this professor, most of them have heard of him.

Because during that period, the experience classes were crowded with nobles with wealthy backgrounds, the students naturally felt that this institution should be a sanctuary for the wealthy to immerse themselves academically, with strict hierarchy and numerous rules, making it hard for ordinary people to fit in.

Thus, unless you're an insane genius or a wealthy heir, it's best to stay away from this strict professor.

The School of Magic Arts headed by Zatanna Zatara welcomed many students, especially those from less affluent households who hoped that learning magic would significantly improve their lives.

As the saying goes, once you master a skill, you'll never starve. These children are naturally inclined to learn technical skills. Miss Magician is very patient with the students, extremely gentle when teaching. Similarly, Constantine, who also lectures at this college, is rather humorous and laid-back, often joking with the students.

Therefore, Zatara College has the most relaxed atmosphere amongst all the colleges. Everyone jovially dabbles with magical machinery, brews potions, outlines magical arrays, inscribes runes, and they will become the mainstream of the magic craft industry in the future.

The atmosphere at the Force Academy, also known as Strange College, is relatively fanatic. After all, Strange is a zealous human supremacist. His education style for students leans more towards a sense of honor and duty.

In simple terms, Strange College's slogan is to study for the rise of humankind, continually refining power and temperament, with the goal of guarding the safety of Earth. Therefore, the students gathered here either have courage, or a significant sense of responsibility.

However, only these three colleges can't meet the demands of these students. Some people simply want to learn everything and understand a bit of everything without specializing in any. They prefer to flit between the colleges, build interpersonal relationships, and organize activities. Simply put, they're social butterflies actively building their future social connections in the magic realm.

Such students are also useful for the magic world. After all, a society can't be made up of only technical personnel, scholars, and guardians. It also needs managers, politicians, and businessmen.

Therefore, a separate College of Magic Balance has been established outside the existing three colleges. The dean of this college is none other than Bruce Wayne, hence the college is referred to as Wayne College.

Of course, this is the result of careful considerations. If the important personnel of the future official magic organizations are to be generated from this college, it's best that they have a dean with sufficient deterrence power. And to strengthen the connection between the magic world and the real world, this dean would ideally have significant influence in the real world, making Bruce Wayne the best choice.

The stereotypical impression of this college is also classic. Simply put, those who can enter this college are all-witted people. Reading atmospheres, networking comes naturally to them. Organizing activities, setting up societies, and establishing friendly relations with students from each college are what they do most.

After the basic structures of the four colleges were established, students chose their colleges according to their preferences. In order to build up the character of each college, each one chose its own representative color and designed its college emblem.

The representative color of Rodriguez College is black, the same as the color of the professor's daily suit. The emblem is a top view of an open umbrella, and on it, a rune from the magic realm symbolizing knowledge is depicted. It looks like an X superimposed on an A, appearing not that lively at all.

Zatara College's representative color is purple. The emblem is the side profile of Miss Magician's hat paired with two symmetrical steam cloud patterns, and subtly underlying it are the figures of gears and bubbles of potion. It looks complex and luxurious.

Strange College's representative color is gold, mainly adhering to the color scheme of Kamar-Taj. The college emblem is an inverted triangle with a picture of the Earth within it, surrounded by small runes, implying "Full concentration, power sublimation." It appears passionate and powerful.

The representative color of Wayne College is blue, the color of Bruce's eyes, also a color that represents authority in human society. The emblem is the Wayne Family's family emblem, with the image of two hands gripping each other within. It looks calm and powerful.

Apart from the students who have already experienced classes and chosen their preferred colleges, there will be a group of new students enrolling in the coming period. Most are those who, due to a long journey or inadequate preparation, missed the first school term.

"Hurry up, stop writing. You won't finish anway. The new students are being sorted today. Don't you want to watch?" Harley stood by the door, called out to the people in the room and said, "We have to bring the smarter newcomers to our college. We can't let them be snapped up by others."

"Harley, are you sure you..."

"Stop wasting time, or the new students will definitely be conned by those guys from the Blue House. They are experts at fooling people, just like Bruce Wayne. Let's go!"

Having no choice, Kane, Miss Spencer, and a few other students trailed behind Harley. They passed through the floating towers and descended the stairs to reach the hall.

But before she could enter the hall, Harley encountered a bewildered little boy at the side entrance. She walked over and patted his back, startling him.

Harley asked in confusion: "Who are you? What are you doing here?"

"I am a freshman, the bat in my letter said so."

"Why aren't you hurrying in to be sorted? It's about to start."

"But I couldn't find the door…"

"How can you be so silly? The door is right there? Follow me...by the way, what's your name?"

"Me? I am Barry, Barry Allen."

Harley's eyes instantly lit up at the name.
