Chapter 1153 - Chapter 772 Bruce? Not really familiar! (Middle)_1

"Hey, Jason, you finally arrived!" Little Sly was seated, waving at Jason and gesturing towards the seat next to him, "Come on! I saved you a great spot, it's in the front row and super close to the professor, you can clearly see the blueprint!"

"Oh, okay, here I am." Jason seemed a bit dazed, he put down the wrap in his hands and Little Sly took it from him, as soon as he touched the wrap he said, "Err, why is it a little cold? But it's alright, you know, I don't like eating things too hot, anyway, why did your breakfast take so long? Almost an hour, right?"

"Well, I..." Jason hesitated, "I ran into a professor while having breakfast, Professor Shearer."

Little Sly had a surprised look on his face, "Did he give you a hard time? Didn't he freeze you into an ice cube?"

Jason shook his head and said, "Not really, we had quite a pleasant conversation, but just before I left, he suggested I switch majors."

Little Sly's eyes widened, "You don't want to study car repairing anymore? We promised to invent cars together..."

"Of course." Jason sat down, put his arm around Little Sly, and told him, "I'm a man of my word."

Little Sly shook his hand off and said, "Enough, Jason, don't I know you well? You don't really like car repairing, right? I saw you sleeping in class yesterday."

"Not exactly," Jason said with difficulty, "but he said studying psychology could answer some of my questions, the ones I mentioned before, those weird questions..."

"Oh, you mean questions about rich and poor and where does the money come from, right?" Little Sly scratched his head, "I haven't studied psychology, so I don't know what it's about, but, that professor wouldn't lie to you, would he?"

"I thought so too. He had told us that we would get more interested in his class, and it turned out to be true, and he didn't have to lie to me specifically."

"So are you planning to go?" Little Sly asked, he said, "I'm not trying to stop you, but I think the subject might be difficult, could you really understand it?"

Then, Little Sly looked around and lowered his voice, "I heard that even Bruce Wayne had to retake his class; you would be scolded terribly!"

Jason shivered and hesitated, "That is true, if Bruce Wayne was really Batman, then he must be very powerful, if even he could not graduate, could I?"

"And there's another issue." Little Sly said earnestly, "Currently, the technical school doesn't have this major, where would you transfer to? Are you going to the main campus? But there are many out-of-town students there who you don't know at all, and they might make things difficult for you..."

Jason looked even more hesitant; at that moment, the entire class heard two coughs from the back of the class and everyone straightened up and stopped whispering.

Shearer sat down, picked up his notebook for class, before the teacher began, he stood up, pointed at the two in the front row, and said, "You two sit separately, don't think I didn't see you chatting."

Both Little Sly and Jason, who were pointed out, gritted their teeth, quickly spread out to sit at the two ends of the row. Little Sly gave him a look that meant "See, I told you he's tough."

Jason shrugged, made a funny face on purpose, and the two of them started laughing.

Soon, the morning classes were over. Little Sly felt like he learned a lot, and he finally got yesterday's difficulties. Jason also got a lot from it, he slept really well and had a feast in his dream.

When it was lunchtime, before they left, Jason saw Shearer, who was standing behind his seat, waving at him. Jason waved at Little Sly and said, "You go ahead, I'll be there shortly."

He walked over and asked, "Professor Shearer, what's up? Is there something you need?"

"Nothing much, what are you planning on eating for lunch?" As Shearer packed things up and started walking out, Jason scratched his head following him from behind, "Just the regular stuff from the student canteen, I think I want a big hamburger and a bowl of bean soup..."

"Always eating those things is unhealthy, come on, I'm taking you to the teachers' dining room, you'll love the lamb ribs there." Shearer headed quickly towards the door, Jason hesitated, and said, "Isn't the teachers' dining room for teachers? Isn't it a bit inappropriate for me to go in..."

"No problem, some teachers also bring their students. " Shearer looked back at him and said, "Do you know? There is a dish known throughout Gotham, it is even better than the one made in the most famous Italian restaurant in the North District, it's a traditional Italian steak paired with roasted vegetables..."

"The steak is cooked perfectly, juice even flows out when you cut it, and the roasted vegetables are the best part, there is no broccoli, which I detest. The rest of the vegetables are delicious, do you like broccoli?"

Jason's face scrunched up, he said, "No, that's too horrifying, it's the worst-tasting vegetable in the world."
