Looking at the blue holographic screen before me, I hesitated before pressing yes . After doing so, an influx of information filled my head just like before, making me pass out once again.

After reading the last, promote basic information started to enter my brain about my cursed technique . But unlike before, when I was overwhelmed, this time was different. Not only did the information being sent to my brain feel pleasant but it was also bearable and instantaneous from the information I gathered that skill books are books that have been written by one or multiple people how have had enlightenment and written the information regarding the topic of enlightenment in a book and after learning a skill depending on the degree of enlightenment of the writer certain stats would increase in proportion to the enlightenment .After receiving the information regarding my cursed technique, two new promotions appeared

After looking at my status screen , it reminded me of games from my past life. I taped on the skills to see their information

[ ten shadows technique: allows the user to summon ten different Shinigami and control them by defeating them. Grants a pair of dogs that are automatically tamed(hand signs are not needed to summon Shinigami)]
After skimming through the description of the skills, I decided to try and use cursed energy.
Using information from the books that I read before I sat down on the ground crossed legged in a meditational position as I started to calm myself down while keeping my emotions under control then imagined cursed energy moving from my stomach to my legs and arms them to my chest and head then back to my stomach again over and over till system promotes came.

Reading the system promotes I decided to look at the description of the skills I just gained

After reading the skills description I got of the ground and picked put the next book on projection sorcery and as I did just like before a blue holographic screen appeared asking me if I would like to learn projection sorcery and without hesitation I clicked yes

After learning projection sorcery, I was underwhelmed by the increased stats compared to the ten shadows technique. Thinking about it, I just simply thought either there were fewer projection sorcery sorcerers in the past or they were less active than the ten shadows sorcerers.
Not wanting to think about it, I shifted my focus to what I would say about my cursed technique, and for that, there were two options.
Option one, I could tell them the thought that I could learn multiple cursed techniques as skills, but there was always the chance that a certain body swapper might want to take my body for a joy ride
Then there was option two which was to tell them that I got either the ten shadows technique or projection sorcery but if I did that means if I told them I got projection sorcery I can't show the ten shadows technique in public which would make training it much more difficult.
After going back and forth in my mind for about thirty minutes I decided to go with option two since even thought it would be more of an hassle it would be more safe in the long run compared to my information getting leaked and kenjaku wanting my body if I were to tell the truth.
Making up my mind I put the book on projection sorcery down on my bed as went outside where I was greeted by Emma as usual but unlike before upon looking at me she looked shocked seeing this I sight on the inside as I spoke.
"as you could tell I have awaken my cursed technique so I would like if you can inform the patriarch about it and see if you can organize a meeting between me and the patriarch" I said looking at Emma paying close attention and as I prompted her to leave
After doing so I looked at the time from a clock placed in front of my door which showed the time to be 1pm with all the excitement I went out to my private cafeteria and as I did I was met by a well built man with black hair and eyes named Liam preparing lunch as the man saw me he took a small bow before I told him to bring my lunch to my room after doing so I returned to my room and began excitement ing with cursed energy.
After waiting about 30 minutes, Liam knocked on my door.

After finishing my lunch, I brought back what I ate from into the cafeteria before taking a shower, changing my clothes, and going to my garden to train my cursed energy.
