In an unknown room, one can see a young boy looking no older than 5 with white hair and Black eyes sitting on his bed reading a book in a foreign language. Finishing reading the book he got up started stretching and then started reminiscing about all that has happened so far.
It has been 2 years since I started to remember things from my old life on earth. At first, I struggled to come to terms with the fact that I somehow came to this world since before my arrival, I was in great health. but for some reason, after going to bed in my old life, I somehow ended up here in this world.
After taking in as much information I could for the past 2 years, I came to the conclusion that not only did I come to another. World but also another country that is Japan as Mark zennin .
But after hearing my new name for the first time I also came to the conclusion that this is the world of jujitsu where curses rome free and super powered humans blend into society on a normal day to day basis while fighting human eating curses.
After figuring those two things out I was both happy and disappointed for two verry simple reasons the first being that I was happy because I was part of a jujitsu family meaning that I had a pretty high chance of receiving a powerful cursed technique such as the [10 shadows] or [projection sorcery] which was nice but on the other hand I could not recive any cursed technique which could lead me to get the full on toji treatment which would not be to my liking.
"sigh "Realizing that I would most likely be receiving the topic treatment I started to sigh after all I was now 5 which means I only had 2 years to receive a cursed technique since only children 7 and under can obtain cursed techniques and the older one got the lower their chances of receiving one is. Though for some reason even though I have not and may not receive a cursed technique I was still treated properly and also was told that I had a chance of receiving the position of patriarch in the zennin clan which simed to be a rear thing in the family from my prospective but I was also told that there was two other people in the running though one of which was a young genius that was born with [projection sorcery] and the other I was not told about
After some internal turmoil I walked outside my room where I was greeted by my private ade named Emma how was two years older than me and had a cursed technique of her own that being [ fire manipulation] and genius level cursed energy control which made her a well respected part of the family even though she had no blood relation to the zennin clan which intern gave her the quote and quote honor of looking after me a candidate for patriarch . Which to even a blind person could see that was just an excuse to spy on my progress. Not wanting to waste anytime I spoke
"I have read all the books that was given to me by the patriarch"after saying that I took a brief pause before continuing "so can you ask him for me to recive a private instructor for combat classes and also a copy of books on the[ ten shadow technique] and [projection sorcery] with some some more detailed books on cursed energy, cursed energy manipulation, positive energy, cursed spirits and reverse cursed technique" I said looking at Emma while she gave me a simple node before I dismissed her after which I took a walk around the manor I was living in then returned to my room which was cleaned and all the books I previously read was now gone.
[Two days later]
For the past two days, I have been either going through my private library in my manor, reading books, or watching TV.
Knock knock knock
Hearing someone knocking on the door got up of my bed as I responded, telling them to enter.
After hearing my response, Emma came in holding eight books in her hands as I prompted her to rest it down at my foot of my bed.
After doing so, she stood up straight as she began speaking.
"The patriarch told me to inform you that your annual TEST would be in next three months on your birthday and that to treat the books on the [ten shadow technique] and [projection sorcery]that were given with care since they are ORIGINALS that were made by paste patriarchs of the zennin clan which were altered and completed over the course of 300 hundred years.
Hearing this, I dismissed Emma as I began to read the books that were given to me, saving the ones on the [ten shadow technique] and [projection sorcery ]for last
[ 12 hours later]
For the past 12 hours straight, I have been reading books, leaving only the books on [projection sorcery] and the [ten shadow technique] for last. Looking at the time, which was currently 7 p.m., I decided to start to read the book about the [ten shadow technique] and then finish tomorrow.
With my mindset, I picked up the book. The second I did my head began to feel like it whole explode with an unimaginable amount of pain which lead me to want to scream out but the second I opened my mouth to scream my mind went blank and I fell unconscious.
Waking up from the unknown phenomenon that took place, all the pain I felt previously simed to have vanished, but before I could even question what had happened, a blue holographic screen appeared before me.
