Everyone in the Red Heaven Pack was on high alert.
They looked at each other, trying to understand what was happening, but could not figure anything out.
When no one could come up with a plausible explanation, they decided they needed to stick together in these challenging times until the orders from their alpha were here.
Dennis, who had gone out to meet another alpha ally to talk about what he should do now that his brother was back, froze in his place when he returned and saw what was happening.
He gulped and rushed inside the pack.
"Brother," Dennis raised his voice.
Adolphus, sitting inside his room since he didn't want to touch anything in the office in Dennis's absence, raised his brows.
"What's bothering you, Dennis?" Adolphus asked, a sly smirk on his face.
Dennis clenched his teeth to ease his nervousness.
"More than fifty rogues are outside the pack," Dennis said.
