"Here, sweetheart," Nickolas waved his hand towards Delilah to catch her attention as soon as she entered the market area with Jessy and she got down from the car.
Delilah looked at the excited man and couldn't help but smile at him.
"What did you need my help with?" Nickolas asked when she reached him.
"Just this and that. I was getting bored," Delilah said, not wanting to reveal her intentions because she knew Jessy was listening to whatever they were talking about very well.
Nickolas, however, took her words in a completely different direction and smirked. He always thought that she favored those alphas more than him, and he didn't like the idea for some reason.
He knew he wasn't in love with this girl or something, but there was just something about this girl that was greatly attractive, and as the competitive guy, he hated it too when she acted more friendly with those alphas.
