Chapter 85 - Flying birds

"Do you think I am bluffing?" 

"I dare not have any such thoughts," Delilah whispered as she kept walking, making the man walking behind her, a bit irritated.

"Well, can you stop and talk? I will seriously help you whenever you need," He asked.

"We have already wasted 15 minutes of the lecture. I am sure your dad would love it if you concentrated on studies only," Delilah said, using the words he had used the first time he had seen her coding.

Alpha Marvin pressed his lips into a thin line. It wasn't like he wanted to follow her like a lost puppy, but it was almost as if he didn't have control over his mind and was constantly intrigued by what she was doing. 

Soon both of them reached the laboratory, and the professor, who had seen her coding earlier and was actually hoping to see her, looked at her with slightly beaming eyes.

Marvin glared at the professor but didn't say anything and went to his seat.
