Logan stood frozen at the question.
"What do you mean, sir? Do you think Miss Tianna is not a good candidate for being the princess? I don't question your judgment, but didn't you approve of her when the council presented you with the list of three chosen girls?" Logan asked Elwin.
Prince Elwin didn't say a word for some time.
He stayed lost in his thoughts, his eyes closed as he thought about everything that transpired.
He wasn't the kind of guy to give up on things easily or even think of such useless matters.
It wasn't unusual for kings to have more than one wife. So, it wouldn't be taken wrongly if he brought another wife to the royal palace since Tianna wasn't his rightful mate.
However, after seeing everything, he suddenly had a weird thought cross his mind.
"Why must it be Tianna only?" Elwin asked softly.
Logan couldn't understand what his prince was trying to say.
