"Where do you think you are going?" Delilah heard a voice behind her, and she froze in her place.
She hadn't intended to eavesdrop on anyone's conversation, but when they mentioned taking the life of the elder prince, she couldn't help but grow curious. However, that wasn't the only thing that drew her towards this dangerous place.
She knew her actions could get her in big trouble, but she wanted to find out if the male voice she heard was really him.
Though Delilah tried to keep her presence minimal because no one liked her in the palace for her growing affection towards Commander Shane, it didn't mean she was oblivious to her surroundings.
