Shao Ruo put his fingers on nose before checking his pulse then he looked at Wei Xin. Wei Xin took a few steps back let Shao Ruo put Shi Yan on the ground flat. Shao Ruo caressed Shi Yan's face with his warm palms before putting his both palms on his chest and push them. He did it a few times before Shi Yan coughed and let the water come out from his lungs. Shao Ruo immediately took his head back in his lap and patted his head a few times before Shi Yan opened his eyes after a blinking a few times. Along the water, all blood from his face had washed off but a few wound here and there could be seen. His lower lip was still scarlet. His left eyelid was also had a little inflammation. A large wound could be seen on his neck and other wounds were all over his body, some seen, some unseen.
When his eyes opened, the first thing came in his view was a man's face. As frosty as South pole but a little concern could be seen in eyes which was more than enough for Shi Yan who must came from seeing hate and envy in others eyes. His lips curved in upwards and a glint of smile came in his eyes.
"You came?" He asked before passing out.

Shao Ruo frowned before giving a pat again on his left cheek before looking at Wei Xin.
"....." Wei Xin who was still looking at Shi Yan, looked at Shao Ruo sensing his sharp gaze. "What happened to him? How come he is here? Aren't Lan sect leader went Kunlun Mountain to catch the 'evil'? How come the young master of Kunlun Mountain here? Did he also got wounded by that monstar? And what about others? His father and other disciples of Kunlun Mountain?" Wei Xin asked a series of questions without giving a break looking between Shi Yan and Shao Ruo alternatively.
"....." Listening Wei Xin's questions Shao Ruo closed his eyes and took a sigh before looking at Shi Yan again and said, "Heaven knows what happened at the mountain. They bring Shi Yan to the nearest town, Dabai city, where they got a room in an inn. Wei Xin went to find some medications to tend his external wounds. Shao Ruo transferred his his internal energy to Shi Yan to stabilize his internal core. After stabilizing his internal qi, Shao Ruo made Shi Yan lay on the bed and started to tend his wounds one by one, so gentle and affectionly. While Wei Xin was standing by the bed, looking at both of them.

"Aiya.. I've never knew, even two men could look so good together." Wei Xin said while looking around the room when he suddenly felt a sharp and frosty gaze towards him.
"I mean, look how tenderly you're treating his wounds. So affectionly. Just like a elder brother treats his younger brother."
"Why? Are you jealous?" Suddenly Shi Yan asked in a horse but playful voice. "But even if you're jealous, what can you do?" He added while giving a challenge to Wei Xin.
"Pfffff..." Wei Xin broke into laughter. "I don't have any intention to compete with you. Because I'm more into girls than boys and even if I were to Into boys, I would like to have a cheerful little boy like Shi Yan than a cold and mature Shao Ruo...." he trailed off when he sensed the same frosty gaze again.
Why you always glare at me? He was the one who started first. Wei Xin really wanted to say that out loud but held himself back fearing, it won't bring him any good.
"You are awake." Shao Ruo turned towards Shi Yan and asked in an indifferent tone but still a relief could be sensed in his voice.
"If you'll treat me so tenderly, of course I've to be awake to relish every moment of your affection." Shi Yan said looking at his beautiful face affectionly. It's been what? Three years. Since he last saw him. He never had missed him so much untill he saw him again. He really missed him very much.
"Did you miss me?" He suddenly asked. Seriousness could be seen on his face and an expectation in his eyes.
"Drink that medicine first then I'll lay on your stomach. I've to put medication on your wounds otherwise you'll have to suffer consequences." Shao Ruo dodged his question and said his part before bringing the bowl near his face.
He blow on the hot medicine before handing it to Shi Yan, indicating him to finish the medicine.
The entire time he was blowing on the medicine, Shi Yan's gaze was at his pink rosy lips, intently. He really got a good pair of lips. Shi Yan licked his lower lip before grinning in his own world.
"Ahem.." Wei Xin gave a light cough before adding. "Shi Yan I know you have some thoughts about our Shao Ruo but you should think about your health as well. First take the medicine, once you'll be better, you can do whatever want at that time." He said with a suggesting tone in the last part.
Shi Yan raised his left brow at Shao Ruo. "Whatever I want?"
Shao Ruo put the medicine back at the table and left the room in rage without answering anything. But his blushed face betrayed his intentions.
"Pffff..." Wei Xin couldn't control his laughter while Shi Yan just smiled at his reaction.
He took the bowl and drank the medicinal soup while savouring every sip of it.
"It seems that medicine is quite tasty? Or that air which came out of Shao Ruo's mouth and cooled down medicine was delicious?" Wei Xin asked playfully.
After finishing the medicine, Shi Yan replied. "The latter one."
