"Starfire Ore is a strategic resource. You need to account for every piece of Starfire Ore mined and submit it to Rajni City. Failure to do so, will result in revocation of your Management Rights for Manatit Drow Village." Administrator Rui informed Samar, pushing a succinct contract stating the same terms.
The Starfire Ore was rare and important but this was the first time such strict rules were implemented, preventing its circulation in the market. Samar was surprised but he could see why the Elves were so cautious.
