Terrifying Combination!
Up close, the Berserk Battle Ghouls were an incarnation of terror.
The reddish skin of many of the Berserk Ghouls had been peeled, revealing the dried blood, flesh and bones in their face. Their wide open maws revealed the yellowish teeth stained with dried blood and the tiny pieces of flesh stuck in between.
This image was horrifying enough but when the Berserk Battle Ghouls roared, their guttural warcry manifested the terror in the hearts of the Players, sending chills down their spine. The Natureguards closest to the Berserk Battle Ghouls were affected the most.
Strength seemed to have been drained from their limbs as the shields and weapons in their hands became much heavier to hold. It was not just their imagination but they had actually been inflicted with an invisible status condition, 'Fear'!
