Samar gladly put them in his Coin pouch and informed her of his newly learned Hymns.
"Oh, by the way Elara, I can also offer Second Order Enchantments for Water, Fire and Earth Runes with about 80% effectiveness. So if a customer requests it, you can count on me."
Each successive Hymn of the Runes could increase the attribute boost they could provide. For example, the First Hymn Invocation, or Primary Enchantment could provide a maximum of 5% attribute bonus at 90% or above effectiveness.
The Second Hymn Invocation, or Second Order Enchantment could provide a 10% bonus and this was in addition to the 5% provided by the Primary Enchantment.
It meant the item would receive a total of 15% of attribute boost, which was no different than upgrading its level by 10!
