Samar returned to Torana Town with a significant haul. Along with the two Shadow Seamstresses, he had also captured two Shadow Weavers and an elite monster, Eight-Wing Cicada.
He went straight to the Auction House to consign the Shadow Weavers and Shadow Seamstresses for Auction. He reserved the Elite Eight Wing Cicada to submit to the Grandeur Guild as part of his 30% contribution.
Then he went to the forums and created a post from a guest account in the Elven Faction community.
[Want a sexy humanoid Pet Companion?]
Samar wrote a clickbaity title and attached a video of Shadow Seamstress in action to the post.
The video started with a distant shot of the femme fatale, standing in the dim glow of Arachnos' nest. A gust of wind parted her long, black hair that covered her chest, revealing a tantalizing glimpse of the curves underneath.
Her blue-skin shimmered like sapphires in the faint light as the Shadow Seamstress gazed down at her opponent, a Weapon Specialist, with a haughty expression that evoked a desire to conquer.
The Shadow Seamstress moved her slim body with grace as she stitched the shadow tendrils with masterful precision, ensnaring her opponent in a web of darkness.
She snapped her fingers and hundreds of translucent white spectral needles launched at her shadow bound target, turning him into a gray beam of light.
The short video ended with the death of the player. Under the video, Samar added a stat window of his 77 GR Shadow Seamstress and wrote,
"Today at 6 P.M. MST, Panjal City Auction House."
Then he uploaded it and exited the forums.
Minutes after Samar published the post, it had been seen by hundreds of viewers and its comment box exploded.
"Look at those curves… Look at that face… My goddess whom I cannot afford… uwu"
"Damn! Someone caught that sexy spider? You are my god!"
"Horny Dogs, tch tch! Can you not see anything beyond boobs? Did you not see how powerful her skill combo is? If she becomes a pet of a good player, she can support him to become top tier!"
"Are players of Panjal City so prodigal? They are even selling an elite monster with 77 GR! :shocked pikachu:"
"It's going to be a bloodbath tonight and the ones bleeding will be those Top Guild's coffers. Kek."

The Shadow Seamstresses became the topic of conversation in the entire Elven section of the forums. Naturally, it did not escape the notice of Top Guilds.
There were hundreds of different species of Elite monsters but only a minority had stats as good as that of Shadow Seamstress and they were not easy to catch.
To date, less than 20 such monsters had been caught and the Growth Rating of most of them was less than ideal.
It could be said that Samar had truly hit a jackpot with three Elite pets with more than 70 GR. When he publicized their sale, it was like throwing a drop of blood in a sea of sharks.
"How much are our funds? 20 gold coins? Not enough! Collect more before the auction starts! I want that beauty!" Flumox commanded his team.
As an R4 of the Emerald Mystery Guild ranked 108th on the rankings, the financial resources he could mobilize were unimaginable for most of the players.
Even the transportation ticket of 3 Gold needed to travel to other Cities was more than the networth of many Guild Leaders of the lower ranking guilds. Yet, Flumox bought the ticket without blinking an eye and flew towards Panjal City.
Cruor of the Scarlet Heart Guild had taken a different approach. He did not leave Magha City but sent his subordinates to participate in the auction on his behalf.
"Find out who is selling the pet. See if you can persuade them to sell it to us before the auction." Cruor ordered his departing subordinates.
He had the power to do so because his guild was ranked #99 on the Guild Rankings!
Any lower ranking guild would have to give him face, even if it meant accepting a huge loss. If they didn't, they should be prepared to suffer the wrath of a Top 100 Guild.
Other than them, many other higher ranking members of Guilds also made a trip to Panjal City, hoping to try their luck.
By the time the clock ticked to 6:00 P. M., Panjal City had become a gathering place of dignitaries of Guilds from all the nearby regions!
The presence of so many monsters in their base City made the native Guilds nervous. However, three guilds suffering the most were the Grandeur, Howling Moon and Severed Flower, the top dogs of the Panjal City.
Green horn, one of the Deimos' Dreadful and recently recruited R3 member of the Scarlet Heart Guild, met with the Grandeur Guild's Vice Leader, Blue Moon.
He sat opposite the beautiful woman, subtly radiating his imposing aura.
"Vice Leader Blue Moon, our Vice Leader Cruor likes the Shadow Seamstress very much. Will the Grandeur Guild consider selling it to us privately?"
His words may seem like a request but the way he said them, it was clear that they were an order.
Blue Moon maintained her smile even though she was displeased in her heart. She cursed the mysterious seller of Shadow Seamstress umpteenth time in her head as she parroted the answer she had given to many similar requests today.
"Green Horn, if we were the ones selling the Shadow Seamstress, we would definitely present it to Vice Leader Cruor. Unfortunately, the Grandeur Guild is not the one selling the Pets neither do we know the seller. I am sorry but I cannot help you."
Green Horn intensely stared at Blue Moon for a few seconds, seeing if her facade would falter but Blue Moon maintained her helpless smile. She really did not know who had caused so much trouble to her and the Grandeur Guild.
The Weapon Specialist got up from his seat and nodded before leaving like it was his own house. Two other players, a Ranger and a Spirit Speaker, standing outside came to his side the moment he stepped into the streets.
"Did she agree?" The Ranger asked.
"No." Green Horn answered.
"Howling Moon and Severed Flower also said they were not the sellers." The Spirit Speaker said in a puzzled voice.
The Ranger, the hot headed one immediately lost his calm.
"Are they taking us for fools? Who else in Panjal City has enough resources other than these three guilds?"
"They may be colluding together to raise the price and split the profits," The Spirit Speaker theorized in a calm voice.
Green Horn took a deep look at the window of the room he had just been in, and remembered the helpless look of Blue Moon.
He did not think she did it but he was not qualified to pass a verdict on these old players.
Green Horn turned to his companions and said, "Maybe you are right. We will know the answer when the Auction ends."
And then the trio walked towards the Auction House.
