A short highlight reel of the scintillating battle between the Dark Tusk Boar and Grandeur Guild's Branch 89 went viral even before the corpse of the monster had disappeared.
How? It was the work of MamaMia, the self-proclaimed PR representative of Grandeur's Branch 89.
The official accounts of Grandeur Guild also took note of this achievement and after a quick confirmation from Stivi, reposted the video from their official accounts on every social media platform.
Soon, the entire Dreamverse community was abuzz with excitement.
"I knew the Grandeur Guild was one of the Top 1000 Guilds, but they are dominating the Dreamverse VR. They are the only ones to kill two Bosses so far!"
"I know, right? Who knew RedQueen was so strong? Fortune Guild's Pangu is nothing in front of her."
"Heh! Did you even watch the Video? RedQueen arrived much later! It was the Tanker, the Mage, and the Archer who did all the work. Also, that Archer.. he looked really familiar… as if I had seen him somewhere before…"
"Isn't that the guy who couldn't even swing the sword without falling?"
"That's him! Hahaha! RedQueen really picked some 'talent'."
"Hahaha! I agree!"

The XBird then devolved into the usual nonsense, and Pangu closed the site.
"Damned bitch!" Pangu roared as he picked up his Giant Ax and angrily slammed it into a nearby Yellow wood tree, nearly cutting it into half.
When he had enacted his plan, he had not expected the Grandeur Guild would survive. From the video, it became clear that not only RedQueen and her Party had survived but they had also profited a lot!
The 'Gift' he had prepared really ended up as a present for Grandeur Guild.
Thinking about this made his blood boil. Pangu gnashed his teeth as he pulled out the Ax from the tree with a mighty heave and muttered, "This is not over, RedQueen!"
However, his anger did not reach Stivi, who at the moment was busy organizing the loot from the Dark Tusk Boar; the very 'gift' he had left behind.
[Congratulations! Grandeur Guild has slain the first Corrupt Field Boss in Dreamverse, Dark Tusk Boar.]
[They have received 2640 Exp.]
[They have completed the achievement, Nature Cleanser.]
[Elven Faction Reputation +50]
Notifications flashed before everyone's eyes, and each surviving member of the team was enveloped by a white light.
Samar's experience bar also filled up twice, pushing him to Lv9, just a few kills away from Lv10.
But he was not the only one celebrating.
"Lv9, Baby! Woohoo!" HardBro exclaimed as soon as the light faded.
Hearing his cheers, MamaMia sauntered over, preening like a peacock, and said, "What is so great about Lv9? I am already on Lv10."
HardBro could not come up with a suitable retort in time and could only swallow the offhanded insult with a fierce glare directed at her. Taking pity on him, Samar decided to come to his rescue.
"Are you happy with just the Exp, or do you want a share in loot as well?" Samar said, patting the two of them on their backs and motioning towards Stivi, who had finished organizing the loot.
The two youngsters quickly forgot about their squabble and rushed to where the corpse was once. Other trainees also gathered, curious about the loot, even though they knew they had nothing to do with the most valuable items.
Stivi turned to face the gathered members with a huge grin on her face. This alone meant that the drops from the Boss were extraordinary!
"Trainees, you have done a great job today. Each one of you will get 100 GCP for participating in the battle, and winning against overwhelming odds. Non-Elf players, don't worry, you will also get the rewards promised by Samar on top of these 100 GCP."
The Trainees, especially the Non-Elf Players, cheered loudly. 100 GCP were enough to buy a piece of White-Wood Equipment. With 200, they could get two pieces of White-Wood equipment suitable for themselves.
Stivi watched them happily celebrate their winnings and decided to add a cherry on top.
"You will also get 20 Copper Coins each as your share of the Boss's loot."
This made the Trainees explode with joy. Each piece of Copper coin was worth as much as 50 Bezos.
With mere 10 copper coins, one could buy a good piece of Lv 5 White-Wood Equipment from the Faction Representatives, and with 30, you could get a Black-Stone piece!
So, the windfall of 20 copper coins took the Trainees just a step away from owning a piece of Black-Stone Grade equipment. It would be a wonder if they were not shocked by the reward.
Not just the Trainees, her generosity also startled the rest of them. Zamir even sent an urgent whisper to the veteran chat, asking Stivi to rethink her decision. After all, 400 Coppers was not a small amount.
At this stage, when most players could only earn 7 to 8 Copper coins per day, the liquid assets of any Guild were at most 100-150 coppers after pooling all their resources.
Hell, even Branch 89 of Grandeur Guild didn't have a full hundred coppers left in balance before the start of the raid. Yet, Stivi wanted to distribute 400 Coppers, four times that amount to mere Trainees?
None of them could digest that thought.
If the news of this leaked, not only would the other Guilds curse Stivi for her profligate behavior but the higher-ups of Grandeur Guild may seriously consider removing her from the Guild!
It was no wonder all the veterans protested her decision. However, the protest was futile. She only sent them a screenshot of the balance amount, and it silenced all their concerns.
14 Silvers 73 Coppers! 1473 Copper Coins! Moreover, this was the amount left after Stivi paid out 400 coppers to the Trainees!
It meant the Dark Tusk Boss had dropped 18 silvers. This revelation only heightened their expectations for the remaining drops from the Field Boss.
The very first item Stivi took out was a pitch-black curved dagger. Made entirely from a single piece of bone, it made Zamir's eyes light up with desire.

Corrupt Ivory Dagger
Grade: Black-Stone
Equip Requirements: Lv 10
Attack: 15-18
Attack Speed: +4.5%
Agility: +2
~ A Dagger made from the corrupted Ivory Tusks of an Elite monster.

"This dagger is mine!" Zamir declared, without leaving a shred of doubt that he would fight anyone who challenged his claim.
"Take it. No one uses a dagger other than you anyways." HardBro commented acerbically, sour about the fact that he was the only person in the team without a Black-Stone grade equipment.
Stivi ignored him and handed the dagger to Zamir. "That will cost you 250 GCP."
Zamir took the Dagger and happily paid the amount. With an insanely high attack power of 18-22, the Dagger was worth it.
Next, Stivi took out a Morning Star that would look perfect in the hands of any Orc Warrior.

Bloody Morning Star
Grade: Black-Stone
Equip Requirements: Strength 20, Vigor 20
Attack: 29-35
Strength: +3
Attack Speed: -1%

"Beautiful," BigSoftie murmured, before declaring, "I want it."
Five weird gazes looked in his direction. Nobody expected him to bid for a weapon that he could not wield.
BigSoftie was a quintessential tank and added 1 to Strength, 1 to Agility, and 2 to Vigor. Although his Vigor met the requirements, his Strength at the moment was only 12 points but this Morning Star required a whopping 20 points!
"Are you sure?" Stivi asked once again to force him to rethink his decision. A weapon as good as this was meant to be used in battle, not to gather dust as a collector's item.
"I am sure. I will invest the 8 Stat points I received from leveling up in Strength Stat." BigSoftie declared with conviction.
His announcement shocked everyone as recklessly investing the precious few Stat points in irrelevant stats could ruin a Character's Build. If it happened, there was no other way but to delete the Character and start again.
Yet, Samar did not stop BigSoftie; rather, he supported him. There were two reasons for his decision.
The Strength stat increased not only the Attack of a Character but also its Defense. Although it was not as effective in increasing Defense as the Vigor stat, the boost it provided was just adequate.
Secondly, a Tanker who could not deal enough damage to secure the Boss's aggro was a useless Tanker as was evident in the recent battle against the Dark Tusk Boar.
The Boss went off-tank twice in the last battle, and both times BigSoftie and Romero were helpless. They dealt below-average damage, which was nowhere enough to regain the Boss's aggro.
As a result, the boss raid had nearly failed and the team had come very close to being wiped out. Fortunately, this scenario did not play out because of Samar's tactics and flawless execution by Hardbro.
BigSoftie acknowledged their contribution but that did not stop him from feeling like a useless person. At a crucial moment, he had dropped the ball and had to watch helplessly as the Boar went on rampage while he could do nothing due to his lacking attack power.
Due to this reason, BigSoftie decided to acquire this weapon which provided a massive boost to his attack power. Samar wholly supported his decision as he knew it was the best choice for BigSoftie.
Resigned, Stivi handed over the Bloody Morning Star to BigSoftie and received 250 GCP from him.
Stivi then took out a pair of Black-Stone grade Boarskin Gloves and Boots.
They were not considered Leather Armor but Cloth Armor, considering their lackluster defense of 3 points each for a Lv 10 equipment. Their only redeeming quality was the 4% damage boost they provided to Dark Magic Spells, which was useless for MamaMia.
Thus, they went to HardBro uncontested. He was not entirely happy with the equipment, but nonetheless, they were genuine BlackStone grade pieces.
The next item Stivi brought out made Samar's eyes shine, for it was a skill book meant for Archers!
