It was after supper, and Millan was in his room, sitting on his chair, he was thinking about what all happened that day, he imagined a replay of every moment he had spent with her, he was rewinding the conversation he had with her, suddenly he remembered her talking about the right time to come to tell him about what she had to do with Zihas, he was also thinking about the unfinished question he had to ask which he couldn't ask her, he told himself that he will ask her tomorrow and cried to himself "okay Mill you should sleep now." His homework was done while imagining, he prepared his bed and himself for the morning. In the morning after his jog, he reached his home and was excited to go to school. He took a bath and got ready early that day, he sat at the dining table, his father was drinking coffee and had a newspaper in his hand, and his uncle was preparing a coffee for himself too, uncle Samluk asked "Hey Mill you want some coffee?" Mill answered, "Yeah I'd love to." His mother was preparing pancakes, she exclaimed "Mill how is your school these days? What's happening I mean?" Mill happily answered, "Yeah Mom, it's great, everything has been perfect till now." Her mother cried "Hmm you seem excited and happy these days, tell us something more baby." Mill was suddenly quiet, his father exclaimed while drinking coffee, "Yeah I have noticed it too. He is quite excited for school these days." He was too shy to tell everyone about Isla even though his family didn't have any problem with this, and he had another reason, he didn't know if this would work out, so suddenly Uncle Samluk cried "Yeah, look he is ready for school early too." Mill stared at Uncle with his brow lifted, and was trying to tell him to shut up. His mother came and served him a pancake, she exclaimed "common Mill, tell us something, is it a girl?" she smiled while asking and Millan was blushing so hard that his cheeks were red, her mother cried "I guess it happened what I said, didn't it?" Mill cried shyly "No mom, common it's nothing like that." Her mother came to him and bent to his chair and cried "Baby you know you can tell us anything right, we will support you, Mill, even if it is school, friends, or girlfriend." Mill looked at her mom and her mom said "You can ask things from your father." While looking at Mr. Iver, who was slurping his coffee and reading the newspaper, he had zero attention to whatever going on, her mother cried loudly "You can ask your father, okay Mill, right hubby??" Mr. Iver suddenly kept his cup and cried "Oh! What?...yeah yeah right buddy", "You can ask me anytime." And smiled, he then again got busy drinking coffee. Mill looked into his mother's eyes and said "Mom I will tell you. I promise." It was almost 8:30 am, Mill then finished his breakfast and was about to leave, he reached the door when his uncle said "Buddy, you know your mother is right, you are a grown man now, stop being shy about these things now." Mill just gazed at his uncle and said goodbye. He reached the bus stop and met Jr. there, Jr. reminded him about that question and cried "It should be done today, you understand?" Mill exclaims "Yes sir, Roger that." Mill continued and said "Hey did you ever think about yourself?" jr. cried "What? What about myself?" Mill exclaims "I mean, umm…don't you think of love?" Jr. replies "What is there to think?" their bus reached by that time and they got inside, they sat at the last seat and continued their talk, Mill said "Like don't you want a girl? Like how you will get your love?" jr. was not serious about girls and had a simple argument "when it will come, it will, I am waiting." Millan got to know a new way to look at love that day, he thought maybe it was not something to be found, but it is something that will come to you, at the right time when you will need it the most. Millan tries to think if meeting Isla was finding her or if she came by herself, to him, he asked Jr. he replied "dude, you were kind of in a depression, no interaction with the outside world, no friends, no talks nothing, and in the new session, this session, you saw her, it is the waiting one, she came at the right time, right place. His focus was not on the lecture now, he was busy with his thoughts of Isla, and he was getting excited to meet her in the next period. The bell rang, and the lecture was over, he took Jr. with him and ran outside the class, Jr. exclaimed "Easy dude easy, she will not reach there this early." Mill cried "Maybe she will come early today." Jr. asks "Why do you think that?" Mill replies "I don't know, I just feel that way." They reached the classroom gate, panting harshly, Mill noticed Isla walking at the end of the corridor towards the classroom, he immediately stood still and started moving his fingers on his head, he fixed his hair and said to Jr. "look, there she is." Jr. cries "Carry on dude, I am going inside." Isla looked at Mill and smiled, and Mill smiled back, Isla stopped walking and stood there, gazing directly into Mill's eyes, Mill could feel her standing close to him, he could smell something new in the presence of her in his eyes, he could smell Isla from a distance, he then walked to her, Mill greets her "hi, so how are you today?" Isla replied "Heyy, I am…good. What about you?" Mill cried "Yeah yeah fine, perfectly." Mill felt he should flirt with her, and an immediate thought came into Mill's mind, he said "was only excited to meet you today." Isla smiled, then said, "We should get in the class." Mill agreed they started walking inside the class, Mill let her walk first, he was walking behind her, then he suddenly saw Zihas walking down that corridor, Zihas saw Mill and passed a wicked smile, Mill was irritated by that time, he wanted to go tackle him, but he resisted as he was with Isla, he then asked Isla "are we meeting today at the canteen?" she responded, "oh! of course, why not." Mill cried "Okay, done." Mill got up and sat beside Jr., Jr. was into his bag and trying to take out his physical education textbook, Mill tapped him on his shoulder and uttered "I guess I will meet her every day in recess." Jr. cried "Did you ask her?" Mill uttered, "No I will, in recess." Jr. looked at him and said "Yeah, don't forget it today." suddenly the Prof. entered, everyone stood up and after a moment the lecture started, today Millan was trying not to cut his focus from the lecture, he even succeeded, he was paying some attention to it, he tried not to look at Isla, his focus was break at the end when he looked at her intentionally, by the end he didn't care about the lecture, he gazed at her without even blinking his eyes for ten minutes straight. The lecture was finished, and it was time for his next class, he was excited for recess, and he ran towards his next class after saying bye to Isla, he took Jr. with him, and started walking fast, Jr. uttered "Why are we moving so fast?" Mill replied, "I have to finish this lecture quickly dude, I want to meet her as soon as possible." Jr. laughed and uttered, "Bro, the lecture will get over on its time, reaching early can't change it." Mill's walk was suddenly slow, and he realized how stupid he was looking at that time, Jr. cried "Okay it's great then, I will have my lunch with Visha, you guys can carry on." They entered the class, and a few moments later the lecture started, Mill was preparing himself sitting on the bench for that unfinished question, Mill knew that this question wasn't appropriate, but he believed that this time he didn't want to waste his time and feelings. The lecture was over, Mill looked at Jr. and told him that he was going, Mill started walking out, he reached the canteen, it was empty today again, he couldn't see anyone, then he looked around, he was surprised, he could see Isla waiting for her, he reached her quickly and uttered: "Heyy didn't you had your class?" Isla replied, "I bunked the class." Mill was surprised and asked "What? Why?" Isla uttered, "I was sitting here in the canteen, I don't want you to wait you know." Millan was stunned by that time, he cried "You were sitting here the whole period, alone?" Isla answered normally "Yeah, don't you worry, I had my books here." Millan was surprised, shocked, and didn't know what, he couldn't digest the fact that she waited for him the whole period and bunked her lecture, he asked "Are you sure, you bunked the lecture for me?" Isla says "Umm… like yes, anyways it wasn't an important lecture, that is why I skipped it." Millan believed her then, he then said "Hey listen, umm I wanted to ask something or let's say tell you something." Isla uttered, "Yeah I am listening, go on." Millan continued "Yeah so I was saying that, you know I don't have many friends right? You know that I don't have any interest in making friends too, so you know why, you know I approached you? In short, you know my intentions right?" Isla was smiling throughout the whole question, then at the end, she started laughing, Mill was clueless and said to himself "Ohh… I knew it was not the right question, shit shit…" Isla stopped laughing and replied "you know what, a girl who is new, don't have any friends either, don't talk with anyone, not even girls, comes to school, takes her lecture and go home, what she will be doing with a boy in recess for two days?" Mill realized how stupid he was to not understood those things, he couldn't use his brain, not even Jr. paid attention to these efforts, Mill couldn't said anything, Isla cried "heyy you know, I go home by myself too, let us meet at dispersal, my home comes in middle of your house and school." Mill asks "how do you know where my home is?" she replied "I do not know, I just saw you took the bus, I go to the same bus stand, I was just late for the past two days." Mill exclaims "yeah sure then, we will meet at dispersal, I will introduce you to my friend Jr." they were talking peacefully until Zihas showed up, he came and sat at the same table, Mill was irritated by then, he shouted "now what the fuck you are doing here?" Zihas mockingly uttered "oh! Am I disturbing you two little love birds?" Mill stood up and uttered in anger "Zihas, just shut the fuck up, one more word and you are dead." By then it caught everyone's attention, everyone was staring at Mill and Zihas, Zihas decided to keep quiet, after a moment he says "well fuck you, I will take my revenge, and I will, you will fucking cry." He stood up and moved out after saying this much, Mill decided not to reply to him.
