Mia was immobilized at the sight of the blood, she couldn't move nor do anything as her head began to bang like there was a hammer drilling holes in her brain. She grabbed her head with both her hands as she heard the voice from her nightmares rang in her head.
'Do you know what will happen to your head once I pull the trigger, little girl? Your tiny head will blow off and your brain will come ozzing out of you skull.'
Mia began to shake off the voice that kept ringing in her head, however, at that moment, there was a knock on the door of her room that snapped her back to reality. She looked back to the sofa beside her window and saw that Mr. Bennett was still laying there looking at her with his eyes shadowed with pain, he was pressing a hand to his side where the blood continued to ozze out. What happened to him and why did he come into her room?
