Due to the force of the slap, Mia fell backwards and landed on her rear end. Her vision momentarily blurred and she saw black dots, even her ears rang from the slap. Slowly, she lifted her hand up and touched her burning cheek.
"Did you think I would let you off after disrespecting me, little bitch?" Remarked Davina with a smug smile on her face as she looked down at Mia with her arms crossed against her chest. "You might have kissed my fiancee on a live event, but I won't allow your disrespectful behavior of breaking my favorite glass off." She said. When in truth she had never even used or seen the wine glass Mia broke earlier before, she was just looking for an excuse to let her anger out on the girl.
Davina's three other friends who were quietly watching the scene, finally interjected when they heard what their friend said about Mia kissing her fiancee.
