As the mirror turned into a door and they walked through it, leaving the world behind, Mike felt a strange sensation. He felt lighter, freer, happier. He looked around and saw a beautiful garden, full of flowers and trees. He heard birds singing and a stream flowing. He smelled fresh air and sweet perfume. He felt his mom's hand in his and his dad's arm around his shoulder. They smiled at him and said, "Welcome home, Mike. This is where we belong."
Mike was amazed and curious. He asked, "Where are we? What is this place?" His mom said, "This is heaven, Mike. This is where we go after we die. This is where we find peace and joy. This is where we meet our loved ones again." His dad said, "This is also where we can do anything we want, Mike. We can fly, we can explore, we can create, we can learn. We can have fun and never get bored. We can be ourselves and never be judged. We can be happy and never be sad."
Mike felt a surge of excitement and wonder. He said, "Really? Can we do all that?" His parents nodded and said, "Yes, Mike. We can. And we will. Together. Forever." They hugged him and kissed him and said, "We love you, Mike. And we're so glad you're here with us." Mike said, "I love you too, mom and dad. And I'm so glad I'm here with you." They walked further into the garden, holding hands and laughing. They left behind their past, their pain, their problems. They entered their future, their bliss, their paradise.
